Gastritis consists in the inflammation, irritation or infection of the lining of the stomach and if it is not treated in time, may lead to many complications including ulcers

 

 

The inflammatory lesions may be either acute gastritis or chronic atrophic gastritis. Gastritis can be cured relatively easy and fast with the right diet.

 

However, the treatment  may become complicated if bacteria known has helicobacter pylori are involved.

The main symptoms of gastritis are:

  • Loss of appetite
  • Pain
  • Nausea
  • Burning and discomfort in the stomach
  • Vomiting,
  • Headache
  • Dizziness.

 

Causes of gastritis are:

  • H. pylori bacterium infection,
  • Some medicines such as aspirin, fenoprofen, ibuprofen and naproxen
  • Excessive intake of strong tea, coffee or alcoholic drinks
  • Eating of badly combined or improperly cooked foods
  • Habitual use of large quantities of condiments, sauces, etc.
  • Worry, anxiety, and prolonged tension.

 

Nature Medicine and Home Remedies for gastritis

Home remedy # 1: Mix 300 ml of carrot juice with200 ml. of spinach juice.  Drink it daily.

 

Home remedy # 2: Drink coconut water twice aday. 

 

Home remedy # 3: Use 1 teaspoon of goldensealdried leaves per cup of boiling water and drink this tea twice a day.

 

Home remedy # 4: Use 1 teaspoon of chamomiledried leaves per cup of boiling water and drink this tea daily.  Chamomile contains apigenin that inhibits H. pylori.

 

Home remedy # 5: Eat marsh mallow at meals.

 

Natural Cures Recommendations

Avoid tobacco, alcohol,coffee, cola drinks, spices, condiments, and corrosive drugs

 

Avoid extremely hot or colddrinks.

 

Do not eat too manydifferent foods at the same meal.

 

Take meals at least twohours before going to bed at night.

 

Drink eight to 10 glasses ofwater daily, but avoid take water with meals as it dilutes the digestive juices and delays digestion.

 

Try to eat in a pleasing and relaxed atmosphere.
