Stress is the reactionof an individual to the demands or pressures of the environment.

A
certain degree of stress is considered as a normal part of life and it is
important because is a stimulus of human growth and creativity,
However, when it is too excessive or prolonged, the
stress will damage the organism. The diseases related with stress are diabetes,
heart disease, headache and peptic ulcer. The reaction to stressful situations is not the same
to all people all the time. It depends on personality, physical strength or
general health.
